Q. What do I need to bring to the Studio Lessons?
A music notebook and your guitar. An amplifier and cable are already provided.
Q. What happens if my guitar is at a shop, or I just simply forget to bring it?
There is a spare guitar at the studio that you are welcome to use at anytime.
Q. What happens if I miss a class?
Providing that you give notice 24 hours in advance, the class will be re-scheduled for another day. Special allowances are sometimes issued under special circumstances; so when in doubt, just ask...
Q. How can payments be made? Do you take debit/credit cards or Paypal?
Payments can be made with a credit card a debit card and your paypal account. (Although it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make your payment.) To pay, just go to the "Pricing Info" section of this website; click the "add to cart" button on the lesson package(s) you wish to purchase, and the checkout page will appear.
Q. Do I need to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment?
No. At the checkout page, there will be two yellow buttons with the word checkout on them. Choose the one that does not say Paypal on it and it will take you through a "Paypal-less" checkout.
Q. Is there a time limit to redeem a package I have bought?
You have 90 days after buying a package to schedule your first lesson. Packages should be used at a minimum of 2 lessons per month.
Q. What are the minimum system requirements for running Skype?

Q. I am having a problem with Skype... How can I fix it?
Here is the official Skype support page. As the page states, it has: "All the help and support you need to use Skype".
